I’m a passionate marketer with more than ten years of product marketing experience. I have developed and launched products that have a proven record of profitable growth.

My goal is to leverage leadership expertise as a marketing strategist to grow businesses and implement a wide range of marketing tools, using innovative management approaches.

I believe that a key to unlock business growth is a deep understanding of the Target Audience Profile and ecologically addressing the needs.

As a team manager, I value people over processes. I believe in the power of automatization to eliminate mistakes, providing space for a creative approach.

My superpower is to get along with different software and become a ‘superuser’ fast.

Strategy development

Strategy – is a way to utilize available tools to achieve desired results. I start with SWOT analysis, goals definition, setting KPIs & OKRs. Building on that, I develop a plan and a workflow to achieve aligned goals using the resources and tools that are available. That includes an audit of the current positions, the definition of available Sources of Business, the Target Audience Profile, and the estimation of Decision Journey (sales funnel). 

Strategy realisation 

My approach delivers effective strategy realization across different functions.
Starting with a comprehensive plan, workload calendar and detailed briefing of all involved functions.
Following delivering the real purposes and objectives of each strategy point to all contributing departments. Understanding the purposes of required actions by all involved sides brings higher collaboration effectiveness.
In addition to that, I have a set of automatization tools to decrease number of repetitive actions, track the process, and eliminate human mistakes.
